After we were running a multi-platform pitch process, including Workarea, Shopify Plus, and Magento, our company decided that Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) was the best choice to meet all the customer's requirements and goals. We did several rounds of discovery onsite meetings and workshops with the decision-makers to get a better understanding of the company’s goals and to help prioritize and inform decisions.
Moreover, we were also responsible for branding, user experience, UI, and mobile-optimized design to provide mobile-first solutions to the customer.
