We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our growing department. Grineq provides dedicated teams of senior developers who have strong expertise with a particular focus on ecommerce (Salesforce CommerceCloud, Magento, Shopify, Ruby on Rails).
Responsibilities and duties
- Work with current vacancies, searching for candidates for various IT tech and non-tech positions.
- Hire worldwide, with main focus on LATAM and European countries.
- Understanding search requirements.
- Arranging and conducting online meetings and interviews.
- Working with hiring managers.
- Maintaining and expanding your professional contact base.
- Writing & updating CVs of employees.
Qualifications and skills
- Solid experience in IT recruiting, knowledge of ecommerce domain — our focus technologies are Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, Magento, Shopify, Ruby on Rails and related.
- Strong English skills in both verbal and written form.
- Developed communication skills and strong professional etiquette.
- Analytical mindset, attention to details.
- High result orientation.
