Position
We are looking for a Sales Manager on a part-time basis to boost Grinteq sales activities and onboard new clients. Grinteq helps businesses implement ecommerce solutions with a pool of senior SFCC, Magento, Shopify software engineers either by boosting their existing teams or providing full-cycle development support.
Responsibilities and duties
- Work with Inbound and Outbound leads.
- Launch email marketing campaigns (defining scripts and strategy for the campaign).
- Run A/B tests to optimize outbound prospecting.
- Generate and qualify potential leads (cold outreach over Upwork/ LinkedIn).
- Lead the deal – including conducting discovery calls with the leads, leads qualification, scheduling technical interviews between the lead and developer, closing the deals, signing contracts.
- Work together with other team members, facilitate the negotiations and closing activities with the leads generated by Lead Generation specialists.
- Come up with new Sales strategies and ideas.
- Build best practices, processes, and tools to continuously improve sales development processes.
Qualifications and skills
- Excellent written & oral English skills.
- 1+ year of experience in IT B2B Sales.
- Experience in lead generation, turning leads into deals, key account management.
- Experience working with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pandadoc, Lemlist, Upwork.
- Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers.
- Energetic, lively, team-orientated, innovative and creative.
